By incorporating a telephone handset on the prison service kiosks you can create a system whereby those with reading or sight difficulties can contact a person directly for support. The telephone calls pre-set phone numbers which you add to the system and provides an anonymous system for visitors or prisoners to get support.

Security and Safety

By using our kiosk software each website and other resource is added to a 'whitelisting' system. This ensures that your users can only gain access to websites which you add to your content management system. Access to all other websites is denied. The same is true of the telephone handset where the user simply touches a button to make a call, there is no dial pad so the user cannot call anyone other than those numbers you add to the system.
