Virtual queuing systems use mobile phone technology whereby your customers can send a text message to request a position in the queue. The queue system then sends a text message back to confirm that they have been added to the queue and another text message when it's their turn in the queue. Virtual queuing systems can also be used with touch screen kiosks whereby users can enter their mobile phone number into the kiosk to book a seat at an event or get themelves registered in the queuing process.

Customers request an appointment by texting a message to a specific published number. The queue system then responds by text in one of a number of ways:
