Probation service information kiosks provide access to information, support and guidance for those leaving prison. They can be used for finding help with Education, Training and Work and much more.
Probation service information kiosks
As part of a rehabilitation program touchscreen kiosks can be used to provide access to a wide range of information, support and advice for prisoners returning to the outside world.
The Probation information kiosks can be used for providing access to information such as: Health, Drugs Advice, Legal Advice, Getting back to work, Education and training opportunities and more more. The probation kiosks can be linked to a wireless printer so that leaflets and other information can be taken away from the probation office. The Probation Kiosks also have an integrated telephone handset so that users can speak with a person directly.
When not in use the Probation information Kiosks show an 'attract loop' to welcome users and explain what the machine can do for them. The attract loop features a messaging system to enable local information to be added and updated as needed. The users is requested to touch the screen to start and is then presented with a matrix of topics to chose from.

- Local support groups and organisations
Delivering Information to your users
Not only can your users view web-based information including leaflets and other documents but the user can also print a page or make a phone call. If the user would rather not spend too long viewing sensitve information (such as drugs help) in a public environment then they can enter their email address and the system will send them an email linking to the information they were viewing
The probation information kiosks themselves can be ruggedised with stainless steel keyboard, rugged touchscreen and hardwaring case.
